Going to see Sam has been one of my best decisions considering I could barely function back in January in my 1st appointment with him. Since then things have vastly improved I'm getting stronger by the weeks, in fact I actually managed to go for an hour bike ride this morning which is something I have been unable to do in the last 2 years! Now when I see Sam it's just a couple of minor adjustments and he has been so lovely and supportive. Definitely worth every penny!
